Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy

Effective Date: June 9, 2025

At ImpressUs, we have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to preventing the distribution of harmful content and protecting users, especially minors, on our platform.

1. Strict Prohibition

We do not allow any content or behavior that exploits or endangers children, including but not limited to:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Sexual solicitation of minors
• Grooming or predatory behavior

Any such activity will result in immediate removal and permanent banning of involved accounts. We also report such content to law enforcement and international child protection organizations.

2. Age Verification

To help protect minors:

• We require users to provide a valid birthdate during registration
• Only users aged 16 and above are allowed to use the ImpressUs platform
• Accounts from users under the minimum age are blocked

3. Moderation and Reporting

We use both automated systems and human moderators to detect, review, and remove content that violates our CSAE standards. Users are encouraged to report violations directly through:

All reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate actions are taken within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Cooperation with Authorities

ImpressUs cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in Botswana and globally to report CSAE-related content and provide information necessary for investigations and prosecution.

5. User Education

We educate our users about safe online behavior through community guidelines and platform notifications, including:

• How to protect their privacy
• How to recognize suspicious or harmful behavior
• How to report abuse effectively
